Today is Earth Day, which I celebrated by throwing some plastic and styrofoam in the trash.   Which I very much want to celebrate by ordering some pizza, complete with greasy, nonrecyclable box.  But I'm going to hold off on the pizza for a couple of days because I defrosted some ground beef and I need to make something with it.

In fairness, and perhaps as a trade-off for bad behavior, I did put two cans and a plastic box in the recycle bin today.

Something positive for today: Uhhhmmm... it's Earth Day?
