I'm sure that I've had another Spring Roll Sunday in the past, but spring rolls are always worth celebrating. (It also sounds a lot better than 'Not Doing Anything Sunday.') I took a short walk over to Pacific Ocean Marketplace and got some spring rolls for lunch and they were yummy and now it feels like time for a nap. It is supposed to get into the 90s today, but with very low humidity. I don't know exactly how low, but our average is 20-something percent. Which of course means that fire danger is high.

Spring rolls would have been perfect for my dinner.  Since I didn't think of them I had noodles with hot dogs and peas.  They were Happy Little Couple (i think I got that right) noodles.  I did not realize I picked a package of Spicy Pepper flavor.  I drained off most of the seasoning so they weren't too spicy for me.  I bought a whole bunch of dried noodle/soup at A Dong, the Asian grocery store, and am trying them out.  I've got to say that the two I've tried so far are outstanding.
I no longer long for the old view!
