20 July 2020 Happiest of Mondays

I suppose that it hasn't been too bad today for a Monday. It's nice and toasty outside again, and fortunately I have no outdoor chores that need to be done, other than getting my mail, which can wait until it's cooler or until tomorrow. I am not expecting anything like checks, so I can let the mail pile up for as long as I can stand it, or until it no longer fits in the mailbox.

I had to go outside to take of some things before I go on vacation tomorrow.  I split things up so I could recuperate in the air conditioning as I got too hot.  The a/c in my car cooled things down but it wasn't able to make it feel cold.  The sun was just too powerful today.

One of the things on my "to-do" list today was going to the nail salon to have my toenails trimmed/clipped.  I've done that once before and it is wonderful.  I can trim my own toenails but when they do it my feet feel so much better.  I have happy feet today!
