17-FEB-21 Not A Day For Cooking

Today I had planned on starting on my meal prep for the week but that didn't happen.  I did do the grocery shopping.  I just didn't feel like cooking.  Actually, I didn't feel like straightening the kitchen or emptying the dishwasher.  Those needed to be done before any cooking could begin.  The dishwasher got emptied around 9:30PM but it was too late to start cooking and then doing dishes.  Tomorrow is supposed to be icky weather so it should be a good day to cook a meal or two or three.

Several times I have started a Daily but not posted it.  I return home from work and, Ooops! There it is!
