7 June 2021 Very Much Monday

Nothing much is happening today except for it being Monday. I couldn't park my car on the street today because there was road construction going on. I learned that Bernadette ate about half of a T-shirt collar, and she wasn't too hungry this morning. It is supposed to be hot, although not as hot as it was on Saturday. There is a pledge drive underway on PBS.  They usually last 16 days, and this one started on Saturday.

I spent the day trying to stay inside and hide from the heat.   It was 95 or 96 and humid.  Tomorrow is only supposed to get to 90 so I suppose that is an improvement.  Before it gets too hot, I will try to mow the meadow which used to be our back yard.
