It is so nice outside that I have the window open and the back door to the deck open so that Bernadette can go in and out. Somewhat surprisingly, she has not been running in and out to bark at the kids playing outdoors. When I checked on her five minutes ago, she was sitting outside on the deck in the sun.

The kids are actually kind of loud, so I may close the window in my office.

I went out for Vietnamese food today, and it was delicious. The service was extremely slow, though. They realized it, and gave us some homemade ginger ale on the house. This was the place we had tried to go several weeks ago, only to find out that they're closed on Tuesdays.
