26 September 2022 lost keys Monday

I lost my house keys. I have no idea where, except they have to be inside the house because I came in from taking the dog for a walk this morning. Which means that sometime during the roughly half hour that I spent between the time I came back from the walk and the time I left the house, I took them off my neck and put them SOMEWHERE in the house. (I locked the house with my spare key when I left, because it was easier than going in the house and looking for the keys.)

Tomorrow I am planning to go to Ace Hardware and have another set of house and mailbox keys cut, because I have looked every place obvious, where I would think I'd throw the keys for half an hour. I guess the good news is that nobody from outside has them.
