6 December 2022 Colorado Gives Day

Today is Colorado Gives Day. The difference between this and Giving Tuesday (which was last Tuesday) is (I presume) that it's only for the state of Colorado, but the charities here do make a big deal about it--a bigger deal than they do about Giving Tuesday, in fact. So I am celebrating by giving something to the Dumb Friends League.

Everything else I had planned to do today has turned to   . I wanted to get a haircut, but when I signed on to Great Clips.com, I was told there was a 95-minute wait. Then I tried to get my incorrect insurance ID taken care of, only to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes before being told that I can't do anything about that until January 1. 

Maybe I can get a haircut later this afternoon.
