Today I got my issue of Pet Tales from the Dumb Friends League in the mail, and while that wouldn't normally be anything worth mentioning, it's a wonderful excuse to use all these smileys:

Are you thinking of expanding your family, Kathy?  If you're ready, that would be great for you and the lucky adoptee!!


I am thinking of seeing a movie tomorrow afternoon.  I need help choosing.  Do I see:

1) Black Panther
2) A Wrinkle in Time
3) The Shape of Water


I had been planning on flying down to DC to see the cherry blossoms but, once again, I will miss them.  This year the winter storm we had today canceled all of our flights and filled up any remaining flights tomorrow.  There is an outside chance I can go on Friday but we'll see how that pans out. Some day I will get down there and see them.  (In past years the weather hasn't cooperated or I thought the blooms happened weeks after they actual bloom or I completely forgot about them.)
I no longer long for the old view!
