It's cold and sunny today. Cold enough so that yesterday's snow isn't really melting despite the sun. Yesterday was not fun to be driving around in, but the roads are clear today, which makes all the difference in the world.

I have done a lot of nothing all day, including taking a nap. It has just been a lazy day.

Taking a nap is NOT nothing.  It is too something and some days it is VERY important to your health to take a satisfying nap.  

 These guys all take naps during the day so you know naps must be good for you.
