30-JUL-19 Everybody Must Get Stoned

During a visit to the ER yesterday for serious pain in my "right flank" I found out I have kidney stones.  The one that was causing the pain is now in my bladder.  It is the smaller of the two.  It's a LOT smaller than the one still in my kidney.  I'm not looking forward to having the larger one make the journey down my ureter.   I have a followup appointment with a urologist scheduled and some pain meds if they are needed.  

I was at work when the pain started and I didn't know what was causing it.  Erring on the side of caution I had a co-worker call the paramedics.  They said I should so to the ER and I did.  I got back to the airport just in time to punch out for my shift!

Ooh... I'm sorry, Tom. That sounds excruciating.
