The aftermath of the door installation is that my alarm sensors won't line up properly on the new door, so Comcast is sending me a new sensor, which should take three to five days to get to me, plus however long it takes me to install the thing.

The aftermath of my cold is that I spent most of yesterday in bed, and I've still got a froggy voice. I am in the mood for some Chinese food, though, which I'm taking as a good sign. I'm wondering if I really want to go out and get it.

The aftermath of the snowstorm we had yesterday is about six inches and a large pool of water at the end of my driveway, where the melting snow is collecting, but then gets trapped by a dam of snow. If I were feeling better, I would ideally go outside and shovel that dam away. Or maybe the snowplow will come down the street and remove the snow, and I wouldn't have to do it myself.

I have to feel better before tomorrow, because I'm seeing a play in the afternoon.
