I spend a large chunk of my day driving around town doing various errands.  So much so that when I got home I didn't feel like cooking.  Which means I should be doing some meal prep for my work week, which starts tomorrow, right now.  Fortunately, for me, my mom is participating in an online seminar so I can procrastinate for at least another 40 minutes before I start making noise in the kitchen.
