I am eating a fantastic piece of key lime cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. I am very annoyed at the service there. We had made reservations, yet we still had to wait half an hour to be seated. Then it took a while before our server was ready to take our order. Once that happened, everything was nice and efficient, but it sure took a while to get started. Our strategy for next time is to make reservations for 2:00, because that was the time the restaurant started to really empty out.
