I was able to speak with my boss yesterday and got confirmation that he is able to "release" me to work a temporary 90-day assignment training new hire Customer Service Agents.  I am beyond thrilled!!  I leave in a week to attend the "Train The Trainer" class in Dallas.  After that I will be paired with another instructor and be assigned a city or cities where we will teach the training classes. During the interview several cities were mentioned but I can only remember Dallas, NYC, and Chicago.  Although I don't care where I end up I'm kind of hoping for Dallas since that is our headquarters.  Alas, Honolulu was not an option.
