Today was my first day of teaching new hire customer service agents!  My co-instructor, Yianina, and I did a great job.  I don't think our students knew it was our first class.  We ran into a few technical problems but were able to overcome them, shifting to Plan B when we needed to.  Now I've got to prepare for what I'm presenting tomorrow.  I will be doing my best to make the world of Documents Required for International Travel exciting and easy to understand.
