I just came back from Great Clips, where I got two inches taken off, and I feel so much lighter! While I was in there, the weather went from rain to sleet to rain again to sunshine, all in about 20 minutes.

I have some leftover green chili from Sunday's brunch, and I think I'm going to try it on top of macaroni and cheese for lunch.

Mac and cheese with green chili sauce sounds like a very good combo. How was it?

It was great. I just used packaged mac and cheese (from Annie's), and it was very good, plus, the shells held on to more of the chili.
