After a chilly day yesterday, I woke up to my house being downright cold. I bet we had our first frost last night. I had to turn on the furnace. It will probably warm back up to shorts weather by the weekend.

Today I should go to the bank to take care of some business I really don't feel like taking care of.

Well, I get to procrastinate going to the bank a while longer. I went in and there was such a long wait to see a banker that I needed to make an appointment for later, so I'm going in on Thursday.

We are having a muggy, heat wave here.  The temps drop nicely at night but it is still humid.  I sort of wish I hadn't already taken the window a/c out of my bedroom window.  But I will solder on and make do the the fan in the window.  The upside of my working the closing shift this week is that it is cool by the time I get home from work.
