Today a sock which has been missing for at least two months has returned.  I have no idea where it's been.  When I was putting away my laundry I had an extra sock.  It is the mate of the sock which has been sitting on top of my dresser waiting for this day to arrive.  The pair have been reunited and are undergoing counseling to ease the transition back

Wow! I have a box of socks that are missing their mates. I think most of the matching socks are static-clung to some other piece of laundry.

It snowed today. Nothing has stuck to the ground yet, but who knows what could happen tomorrow. And, right in the middle of everything, my check engine light came on, so I get to go to the car dealer tomorrow after I go to the bank.
