October 20, 2018 - Saturday's Almost Over!

It's getting toward midnight on the West Coast, which means it's Sunday over most of the world. I don't think we have any members currently in Alaska or Hawaii, so I'm the last bastion of defense against a day without a Daily.

Amy and I spent the evening having dinner with friend (singular) and family (plural) in a condo overlooking the Pacific. We saw a pleasant sunset over mountains to the west (the sun won't actually be over the ocean from that viewpoint until later in the year) and had a pleasant meal. Amy made hummus in her instant pot and brought it to dip pita chips in for an appetizer.
