I spent most of the afternoon watching Battlestar Galactica season four while waiting for the Frontier Comm tech to show up for our appointment.  I was stood up.  We've had good luck with them before this so I'll give them a second chance before I fly completely off the handle.   :-X
I no longer long for the old view!
