Fair cop C:-). Of course it's "worse 'n" - what was I thinking??

Duly edited.

(Kudos if you can find what I had in mind though!  ;) )

So where are we in this game? Are we playing worse 'n as if it were a single word -- which I don't think it is -- or worse as a word by itself, in which case the 'n or than question is beside the point?

MartinG

I edited the original post to highlight worse only, so that's the word in play.I

Bookman George

Thanks, Martin. That makes sense. Now to find a worse somewhere...

Leighton

Good things get better
Bad get worse
Wait, I think I meant that in reverse

You're sorry-grateful
Regretful happy

Self indulgence is better than no indulgence!

KathyB

One has regrets
Which one forgets
And as the years go on,
The road you didn't take...

Bookman George

Rain gathering,
 Winding into streams,
 Like the roads to Boston.
 Your turn.

I love her like the moon,
 Making jewels of the grass
 Where my lady walks,
 My lady wife.

Leighton

Sunday, by the blue purple yellow red water
On the green purple yellow red grass
Let us pass through our perfect park
Self indulgence is better than no indulgence!

Our little world
Is perfect,
A world that's just for me.
Our little world:
Growing my hair...
Braiding her hair...
What do I care
What they're doing out there...?

Leighton

Who out there could love you more than I?
What out there that I cannot supply?
Stay with me.

Stay with me the world is dark and wild
Self indulgence is better than no indulgence!

She was young, she was wild,
Ariadne.
She was shy like a child,
Had this funny dimple when she smiled;
Lips as soft as petals,
Hair the color of the sun,
Breasts--

KathyB

Your breasts, your lips...

I didn't know what love was.

I want you every minute of my life...

 I don't know how I'll live when you're gone!

 I will always be here.

MartinG

R: Stay a minute.

A: I would like to.

Me and my town
Battered about
Everyone in it
Would like to get out
But me and my town,
We just want to be loved
I was born to ask "why was I born?"

MartinG

G: I'm someone to be loved.
F: And that I learned from you.
...I don't know how I let you
So far inside my mind.
But there you are and there you will stay...
