The installation team is installing the windows as I type this. I feel like I'm going to jinx it, so I'm staying out of their way. I am hoping they do a good job, and that I can put the blinds back up by myself without having to hire somebody to do it for me. I'm not sure how well all of them understand English. They are speaking in Russian to each other. I know at least one of them speaks English, because I talked with him on the phone, but I don't know which one it was. I will try to ask them if they can help put the blinds back up before they leave. I am trying hard to be the good customer and not get in their way. O:-)

UPDATE: The blinds won't fit back. The new windows are deeper than the old ones were, so the brackets that the blinds were in won't fit in the holes where they used to be. I am going to have to drill new holes and possibly probably get new brackets. I've called a handyman to help because I don't happen to have a drill... He can come out on Saturday.

Oh well--I'm used to it by now. :P

Couldn't they at least have installed Windows 3.11?
