Today we tried out the new Chinese fusion restaurant which took the place of one of our favorite Chinese restaurants when the owners retired.  It was OK to disappointing.  We got two dishes listed under the "Authentic Chinese" section.  The veggies for one of the dishes looked like they came from a package of diced frozen veggies.  Aside from some soy beans there weren't any Asian vegetables in it.  No water chestnut, bamboo shoots, baby corn, pea pods, etc.  I got a dish called "Egg and Corn".  There was a LOT of corn and we couldn't figure out where the egg was.  It was also dry.  I'm sure we will try them again but probably for lunch when the prices are a little less.
