It did snow, but the total didn't amount to very much. Maybe half an inch, mainly on the trees and cars. I think that it was too warm for much to accumulate. If I had gone out early this morning, maybe I could have gathered enough snow together from my patio chair to make a snowball, but by now it's gone.

It was cold this morning. I still have the thermostat set to "cool" instead of "heat."

Aww... that's okay.  I guess I didn't really need a birthday snowball... 

  Actually, I'm still just astonished by that crazy temperature swing!  I hadn't realized it was a quasi-regularish occurrence in your neck of the woods.
