Right now it's a lovely day, with clouds cooling the temperature off. It most likely won't stay this way.

According to Noodles & Co., it is National Macaroni and Cheese Day today. I know they're trying to make more sales, but it seems like a decent thing to celebrate.

Kathy, do you have any plans to try the Kraft mac & cheese flavored ice cream?  I kept seeing this on the news yesterday.  I thought it was just a slow news day but since it was mac & cheese day that makes a little more sense.

The ice cream is $12 a pint ordered directly from the manufacturer's website. No doubt it's well worth it, but that's a little too rich for my blood.

Actually, it's sold out now, July 15 at 5:30 p.m.
