I've been trying for months to get an appointment to have the passenger side airbags repaired.  They are part of the Takata airbag recall.  Every time I called the service department I was told another department handles the scheduling of those repairs and puts me through to that department.  That department is never available and I choose to leave a message and have them call me back.  They never called back or if they did they didn't leave a message.  I even got a post car saying I could text "fix" to a number to set up an appointment.  That got me nowhere as well.  Today I called about another repair I need done and miraculously the other department was available and I have an appointment for next week.  I mentioned that I will need a loaner car so that better not be an issue.  I have LOTS of teeth related errands to run that same day and will need a car in order to get everything done.  

Speaking of teeth, by this time tomorrow I will have one less tooth in my mouth.  Wish me luck for the least painful extraction and recovery possible.  Thanks!!
